The environment as we experience it every day is strongly marked by contrasts. We have the nature, which represents the organic and industrial buildings, which represent the inorganic. Nature is a resting point for itself and appears harmonious, gracefull and beautiful. In contrast, the industrial landscapes are very massive, impenetrable and heavy.
In spite of the contrasts, nature seems to absorb the existing heavyness, that the two elements complement each other and reflect a calm idyllic impression. However, it´s not only a question of looking at this outer picture. Actually, there are two forces facing each other.
The idyll disappears when nature and industry become threatening and cause catastrophes. On the one hand environmental pollution and the exploitation of resources on the other hand the climate change, this are all factors, that endanger our world. The strong demand for energy is leading the whole thing towards a critical situation and makes it difficult to act sensibly. Despite everything, one should take the warning signals seriously and handle the two resources reasonably and respectfully.
